Cornbread is definately going to be another one of those DMB gems in the long run. Because I can just feel it. I have the 9/21/07 version or maybe it's the 22nd, not sure for the recording. The lyrics for my version are slightly different than this one. But you know Dave, he never stays consistent. I agree with Kara though this song is definately beautiful, powerful, and sexual. As I said before, this one is definately one of DMB's gems. Off the subject though, me and a few musician friends of mine have been analyzing this song to try and find all of Dave's hidden meanings and metaphors. It's been fun, and this song has been the topic of debate for us for a week now, haha.

I am so into this song, right now! I saw Dave at the Smirnoff Music Centre, in Dallas, on 9/22. I have seen him several times. But this night was the best performance I have seen. He seemed to be having such a great time. And so did everyone else! He even mentioned that he wasn't feeling that well at first, but that we as a crowd definately set him straight. He played so many favorites as well as some new. And Cornbread and Eh Hee were amazing. I had yet to get Live at Radio City yet. So the next day, I immediately went out and got it. I am still on such a high from this show. And I have been listening to Cornbread over and over. It is so powerful and sexual. And I love this bluegrass feel that Dave has been into. He never lets me down.
