We got an interesting Busted Stuff segue in the form of Big Eyed Fish > Grey Street tonight. I can't wait to hear what it sounds like. Another standalone Loving Wings and back-to-back Last Stop/Can't Stop are always welcome as well. Richard Hardy joined the band on Warehouse and You Might Die Trying, marking the first time he's played with the band in a little less than 13 years (11/2/93 was the last time). Robert Randolph also helped out on Watchtower to close out the regular set. And now I'm all caught up on setlists!

Break Free, Shotgun and Can't Stop round it up for the new songs tonight. Robert Randolph joined the band for the third performance this tour of All Along The Watchtower, which featured a Robert/Stefan intro. Granny, which has been played a surprisingly few number of times this tour, took the E2 spot right after Sister and led into Tripping Billies to finish up the night.

It's great to see Loving Wings played standalone. Can't Stop and The Last Stop also make for an interesting back-to-back combination, for the titles if nothing else. Leroi also interpolated the theme to NPR's "All Things Considered" into Grey Street, which I found pretty cool. Also, Robert Randolph joined the band for an extended intro to Bayou and Bayou itself.

Talk about a great end to the three night stand at the Gorge. We got the long overdue tour debut of Watchtower tonight. In addition, 8 of the 16 songs played tonight have been played ten times or less this tour, making this the tour's rarest show according to the DMB Almanac. Also, this is the first time Two Step hasn't been played at the Gorge. There were only 3 repeats across the entire two night stand, two of which were The Idea of You and Can't Stop (the third is Loving Wings), which is great. This brings the total number of songs played to 49, not including segues and intros.

Nothing too outrageous, though the Nancies tucked in front of SMTS > Too Much sounds interesting. Butterfly was played for the second time to start off an awesome American Baby and Rapunzel encore.
